Today the drum solo and e 2piece. i was so so so DEAD! Drums solo i was super scared la..i almost died....eventho i was the last 3ppl. So STUPID. Playing drums in mid-silence.(kayla and gloria hug me after that. but i stil feel(ZXZX)... DRUMS SOLO I CANT BE MORE EMBARRESSED CAUSE I ALREADY FUMBLED IN THE MIDDLE. BUT NO. I HAD TO BE MORE EMBARRESSED! The 1st piece, i played the Glokinspeil(i think) i got abit lost and anyhow play. That one maybe nobody notice....okie nvm. Than i switch to drums for the second song. I DIDN"T EVEN PLAY IT AT ALL. First 9 bars i did'nt need to play, but i forgot to count e no. of bars so i did'nt knoe when to start!! WORST OF ALL. In the middle of the song there was a drums solo part and guess what? It emerged as total silence. cos i suppose to play bit i did'nt. Some ppl turn around to look at me y i not playing. i've never been so(.............). Publicly humiliated. Mr Lim tried to show me some indications to play, but i did'nt get it. ANW after it, Mrlim said nvm, i think u miss counted, then he smiled. THEN LAUGH.
Well.., hu ask me not to go for band prac. for 3 weeks? If i knew how bad i wud play, i wud shift the science enrich, dental appt, and go even tho i had hi-fever.
Section competition:
Flute; play beauty and the beast. Very nice.
Cornet: i think Lemon tree? yaya. Very fuuny. Joanne look so cute. (they offer lemontes to the judges.haha.
Double bass(isit?). Natalie...haha so funny..
Percussion play Mission Impossible. WE GOT 1st. haha...really very nice.
Anyway lunch was nice.(eat in hotel) My dad say we celebrate for school starting. I ate so much. ice-cream n ice kachang. Haha. still feel horrid tho(band)
